EU Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for browsing, ordering, payment, delivery, withdrawal, returns, and customer support for EU users.

2. Scope
These terms apply to DAYSTAND’s online store, including product browsing, cart, checkout, payment, delivery, returns, and customer support. Product-specific information shown on product, cart, checkout, or order confirmation pages forms part of the contract.
3. Products and availability
- DAYSTAND sells curated daily wear products, currently focused on selected products sourced for the store.
- Product photos, colors, sizes, stock, and prices are shown on the website. Minor color or texture differences may occur due to device display conditions.
- If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, DAYSTAND may cancel the affected order and refund the paid amount.
4. Orders and contract formation
A customer places an order by confirming buyer, shipping, product, price, and payment details and completing payment through the NicePay payment window. The contract is formed when payment is successfully approved and DAYSTAND confirms the order.
5. Prices, taxes, payment, and receipts
- Prices and delivery fees are shown at checkout before payment.
- Payment is processed by NicePay through supported card or wallet methods.
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, bank charges, or local charges that may apply to cross-border delivery unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.
- Receipts or payment confirmations may be provided through the order confirmation page or the payment provider.
6. Delivery
- DAYSTAND prepares dispatch after checking order and product status.
- Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date is expressly agreed.
- The customer must provide accurate shipping details. Extra costs caused by incorrect details may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
7. EU right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after you or a person designated by you receives the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise the right, contact DAYSTAND by email with your order number and a clear withdrawal statement.
- You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.
- DAYSTAND will refund the product price and standard delivery cost where required by law, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- You may have to bear the direct return shipping cost unless DAYSTAND caused the return or the law requires otherwise.
- The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, custom-made goods, goods that deteriorate quickly, or goods damaged or used beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
8. Returns for defects or incorrect delivery
If goods are defective, damaged, or different from the order, contact DAYSTAND as soon as possible with photos and order information. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not use another person’s identity, payment method, or shipping details without authorization.
- Do not interfere with website security, payment flows, or service availability.
- Do not copy or commercially exploit DAYSTAND images, logos, product text, or brand materials without permission.
10. Digital Services Act notice
DAYSTAND is an online store and does not currently operate as a public user-content platform. If DAYSTAND later provides hosting or public user-content features and restricts content or accounts for illegality or terms violations, it will provide reasons and complaint options where required by the Digital Services Act.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact DAYSTAND first at contact@daystandstudio.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform where available: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Governing law
These terms are primarily governed by Korean law because DAYSTAND is established in Korea. Mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of the consumer’s country of residence are not excluded.
